IMPORTANT - Change of Ownership of ART/MVT trail land (Strathburn end)

The land starting at Strathburn and most of the trail along the river, has been sold with a closing date of September 30th 2022.

We’d like to thank Andy and Glenna Brown for their many years of cooperation with the LCMBA and the people of Almonte for providing such a wonderful trail for all to use on their private land.

For the time being, we do not know who the new owners will be, as such we cannot say what will happen to this trail once the new owners take over.

We sincerely hope that it can continue, and we will keep you up to date on any information we are given regarding the future of the trail.
